1. First Job Free (New Clients Only)

All new clients receive one free design job to experience our quality and turnaround.
The free job includes one same-day revision, provided the revision is requested before the cut-off time (see below).
After the first job, clients can continue with single-job requests or subscribe to one of our monthly plans.

 

2. Monthly Plans Overview

Choose the plan that best fits your daily workflow:

• Starter Press: Up to 4 jobs per day, with 1 free same-day revision per job.

• Pro Press: Up to 6 jobs per day, with 2 free same-day revisions per job.

• Premium Press: Up to 8 jobs per day, with unlimited same-day revisions per job.

 

3. Revisions Policy

Free revisions are same-day if requested before the daily cut-off.
For Starter and Pro plans:

• Revisions beyond your free limit count as new jobs.

• These extra revisions will be completed overnight, ready the next morning.
  Premium Press members enjoy unlimited same-day revisions before the daily cut-off

• Daily cut-off: 11am U.S Eastern Time / 4pm Local Time

 

4. Overnight Advantage

Our team operates 5 to 6 hours ahead of U.S. Eastern Time (depending on daylight saving).
When it’s 7:00 AM local time for us, it’s about 2:00 AM Eastern time.
This time gap allows us to work overnight while you rest — so your print-ready files are waiting when you open your shop each morning.

 

5. Operating Hours

Local Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (local time).
Equivalent to roughly 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM Eastern
During daylight saving time, shift all times 1 hour earlier.
We also stay two additional hours:

(03:00 - 5:00PM local time) (10:00AM - 12:00 PM US Eastern)

for follow-ups, next-day planning, or any additional coordination.

 

6. Same-Day Revision Cut-Off

To qualify for same-day completion, revisions must be requested before 4:00 PM local time
(11:00 AM Eastern )

During daylight saving time, this extends to 5:00 PM local time.
Revisions requested after the cut-off will be completed overnight, ready by the next morning.

 

7. First Free Job Policy

Your first job is free—no subscription required. One free revision is included. Any additional revisions are $10 each.

8. Single Job Policy

Single jobs (non-subscription work) must be paid upfront before design work begins.
Each single job includes one free same-day revision if requested before the daily cut-off time.

if a second revision is needed (after the free one) , a $10 fee will apply for each revision

 

9. Payments & Subscriptions

Monthly plan payments are automatic and renew every billing cycle.
You can cancel anytime before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

 

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You will benefit of a full refund by canceling anytime before new billing cycle begins

If no jobs are completed within the first week of the plan, you will receive a 80% refund.

If no jobs are completed within 14 days, you will receive a 50% refund

if no jobs are completed after 14 days of the plan, there will be no refund  but you will retain access to the plan until the end of the current billing cycle.
If at least one job is completed within the first or second week, there will be no refund but you will retain access to the plan until the end of the current billing cycle.
